Vendors – 2026 Pensacola Latin Salsa Festival Our 2026 vendor program is invite-only. With our move to Community Maritime Park, we are making important logistical updates to improve the experience for both guests and vendors.

We are carefully limiting food vendors and curating a diverse, high-quality mix of cultural offerings. Selection will prioritize vendors who bring authenticity, quality, and cultural value to the festival.

Please note:

• We are committed to integrity and fairness—this festival is not driven by greed.

• Poor sales practices or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.

• The festival exists to celebrate culture and raise money for youth mental health services in our community.

• Returning vendors may confirm/update their information without reapplying.

• New vendors may apply for consideration by completing the application form below.

1. General Information

Event Overview:The 2025 Latin Salsa Festival will be held on Saturday, Sep 12th, 2026. For everyone’s safety and to ensure a seamless event, please read all rules and requirements carefully—you will be held to these standards.

Venue: Vince J. Whibbs Sr. Community Maritime Park

Setup & Festival Hours:

• Setup Time: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

• Festival Hours: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Vendor Agreement

 Vendors will be required to:

• Comply with all event rules and standards.

• Maintain a fully staffed booth during all festival hours.

• Provide proper equipment, permits, and fire safety tools.

• Follow all cleanup, setup, and community standards outlined by NWFBA.
